Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with no scratches, damage, or signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Initiate a Return Email us at rivanoframes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at rivanoframes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing rivanoframes@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different style or colorway, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
7. Sale Items Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for return under the same conditions above unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
